Welcome to Be Heard Training
Over 20 years of providing consultation, training, reflective spaces and supervision
to public, private and voluntary sector organisations enable us to deliver a bespoke training or support offer that is perfect for you and your team. Our sessions can be delivered on-site, online or we can host them in a location convenient for you.
We have particular expertise around:
Children’s homes
Young people experiencing mental health difficulties
Children and young people at risk of (significant) harm
Young people who are involved in serious Youth violence
Family/ Adoption breakdown prevention
Helping teams make sense of clinical diagnoses and what they mean for the individual child
The support and training we offer has helped many practitioner and teams feel supported, empowered, heard and has helped prevent burnout and has significantly improved team dynamics and team stability.
As an organisation, this can really improve the outcomes for children and young people by keeping the people looking after them well and happy, whilst also helping with staff retention and reducing costs in terms of sickness and recruitment.
